Garinim Week 5 Recap

Garinim had a wonderful Shavuah Yisrael! On Friday, we celebrated the week wearing kachol v’ lavan (blue and white) and with a special chatif (snack) – pita chips and hummus! We also had a meaningful Tisha B’Av, learning about how we and others experience feelings and that those feelings have a purpose.

Chanichim (campers) explored lots of fun chuggim (choice activities) this week, including street hockey, har Ramah (our climbing wall), bishul (cooking), and omanut (art). Many campers leveled up in the breicha (pool), and everyone enjoyed a free swim on Friday!

Garinim also had a joyful Shabbat, celebrating with a fun and musical tefillah on Friday. Shabbat Shalom!
