YOU CAN MAKE RAMAH AVAILABLE AND SAFE TO ALL!
Every year, many campers – who rely on scholarship assistance or the Tikvah Program for young campers with disabilities – face the prospect of missing out on a summer at camp in the absence of adequate philanthropic support.
Now, we all know how it feels to miss out on a summer at camp. That’s why we – the 2021 chairs of Ramah New England’s Ramah L’Kulam campaign – are committed to getting back to camp in 2021. And that’s why we ask you to join us today to ensure that Ramah is available and safe for all.
Our family’s Ramah roots run deep – and date to when I (Jason) became a camper at Camp Ramah New England in Palmer, Massachusetts or the first time. That first experience transformed me from a Jew into a Camp Ramah Jew – and gave me a joyous and engaging way to live Jewishly.
Our children Boaz and Ayelet started their own Ramah journeys as day campers and now, as overnight campers, can’t wait to get back in Palmer to be with all of their friends and counselors.
In this unique moment, with COVID-19 still shaping our lives, your deep investment is essential to Ramah’s future. Ramah now needs $1M in financial support to ensure that Ramah is available and safe for all in 2021:
• Ramah for All – Safe for All: when Ramah can address our families’ deepening need for scholarship assistance
• Ramah for All – Safe for All: when Tikvah can welcome back campers who yearn for an active and inclusive experience
• Ramah for All – Safe for All: when Ramah has the personnel, equipment and facility enhancements to keep everyone safe
We would be grateful if you would consider making a gift to Ramah. With your help, Ramah can be available and safe for all!
