Nitzanim Week 4 Recap
Welcome to the end of second session! Can you believe we’re already more than halfway through the summer?
This week kicked off with fun kvutzah (group) activities, as our chanichim (campers) went on teva (nature) walks, practiced chetz v’keshet (archery), and climbed Har Ramah. In Yahadut (Jewish learning), they discussed kindness through skits and made soup mix packets for those in need.
Mid-week brought warmer weather, along with our second Mishpacha B’Ramah (family night). Between chug samples, rikud (dance) and shira (song) practice, and a yummy dinner, everyone had a wonderful time.
Our chanichim took the yamei cham (hot days) in stride, enjoying swim time with the pool all to themselves, indoor games, and kvutzah time, plus playing with Mr. Mister! On Thursday morning, we held a special Torah service with an Aliyah for the campers leaving us after this session.
Best wishes for an amazing rest of the summer to those heading out, and to our returning chanichim, see you Monday! Have a Shabbat Shalom and a lovely weekend.
