Swim Instruction at Ramah Day Camp

Ramah Day Camp is proud to once again partner with Joe Flaherty’s Dolphins (JDF), who will be providing our swim instruction for the second year.

Head Coach Joe Flaherty describes his mission as doing his “small but significant part in contributing to the overall development of young people through building up confidence and determination to help face the challenges of life.” Coach Joe’s instructors build strong relationships between coaches and swimmers, emphasize character over talent, and teach with enthusiasm, appropriate goal-setting, and unique learning progressions.

JFD alumni include two Olympic Trials swimmers in 2008, 2012, and 2016; one 2016 USA Olympic gold medalist; and three top-16 USA swimmers in three years.

Coach Joe has received the Councilman Creative Coaching Award presented at the World’s Coaches Convention and was inducted into the Montgomery County Swim League Hall of Fame. For more information, visit www.jfdolphins.com.
