During Camp
The life-changing Ramah experience is officially underway! Here in Germantown, hainichim (campers) are singing and dancing b’ivrit (in Hebrew), learning skills in sports, swimming, and omanut (Arts and Crafts), and forming life-long friendships during the day. We hope you are enjoying the songs and stories that come home each night.
Please remember to send your child to camp each day with:
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Sneakers
- Bathing suit & towel (on swim days)
- Hat
- A dairy or pareve, nut-free lunch
Keep track of our special programs, optional dress-up days, and other important camp dates on our Summer Calendar. The calendar can also be found in our Family Handbook.
Our Blog is updated regularly by our Rashei Edah (division heads) and other senior staff members, and contains details on recent peulot (activities) and other exciting things happening at camp.
Every week on Thursdays, we send out a newsletter with highlights from our week at camp. And each Sunday, camp parents receive the “HaShavua – This Week at Ramah Day Camp” email with reminders for the week ahead. Check your email and our blog for details. You can also get a glimpse of all the fun we’re having at camp on Facebook or Instagram.
