Dates & Rates
The Summer 2020 season opens on Monday, June 22 and closes on Friday, August 7. In order to create an enriching community and wholesome Ramah experience, we ask families to register for at least one two-week session (see session dates below). After children have completed a full two-week session, you are welcome to register for as many additional weeks as you would like. Our Sha’ar program, however, is a full seven weeks since consistency is the foundation of our Hebrew immersion experience. We are also excited to add Sha’ar to Nitzanim this year and will feature a new four-week program for this edah (division). Our early bird discount* is available each year for campers who register by January 1st. PLEASE NOTE: Ramah Day Camp will be closed on July 3 in observance of Independence Day**.
Financial aid is available. Applications for financial aid will be accessible in your CampMinder account by early January 2020 and after you complete your camper application. The initial deadline for financial aid applications is Monday, February 17, 2020. We do all that we can to make it possible for everyone to experience a summer at Ramah. Registration Deposit, Fees & Payment Plans
A deposit of $100 per week enrolled (minimum $200) is due at the time of registration. By March 15, camp families are required to pay 50% of their tuition fees or arrange a payment plan with our Finance Office. Full payment is due by May 15 (for families not on a payment plan).
We know that plans change. We also need to plan in order to serve all of our campers. Unfortunately that means we have to have a cancellation policy. We must have notification in writing if you need to withdraw your child before the start of camp. Below is our schedule of tuition refunds and fees:
